Common Ground

Common Ground is a community healthcare centre that focuses on the mental health and wellbeing of young people aged between 16 and 25. Fostering a holistic approach that helps young people through their transition into adulthood, Common Ground provides clinical, educational and vocational support; integrating social and recreational activities in an effort to help young people build resilience, confidence, independence to gain control over their mental health. Utilising a holistic healthcare framework, the project aspires to dismantle the stigma attached to mental illness.
